Hi, nice to meet again, it's me Jair trying to find a regional or national food that resembles a pizza from so I investigated I found a typical food that served as the basis for my creation of the pizza that contains Amazonian ingredients. The casabe, another one of the most famous typical dishes of the Amazon, since they use it to accompany most of the dishes that have fish or meat, you can even find casabe pizzas, which is an omelette or arepa made from yucca. I will also accompany it with ground beef  and flaky chicken. with cheddar cheese, mozzarella and also with chili pepper and coriander.

We  cook the previousty ppeelep yucca until they are soft once the yucca are cold, we will begin to make a dough for the pizza base with regional ingredients, we will make the two cheeses and we will also add the cooked meat and the chicken as well. Then we precede to make the sweet pepper. coriander and a little mushrooms. When we have it ready, we put it in the oven. Depending on the power of the oven, it will take more or less cooking time, In a 250°c  oven , 15 to 20 minutes will be sufficient.

the foods that I usually eat are: at breakfast, I have my mature chapo or coffee with bread and butter or pure bread at my lunch I like to eat, brown rice, salted noodles and stew, especially beef stew I like a lot and also the beef soup and for dinner some plantain patacones with their fried eggs and my coffee or a mess of rice.
